Responsibilities:

• Manage the engineering and product team of 10+ to lead all aspects of technology: hiring, budget, product, specification, data science, dev ops, and UX design.
• Serve as Board Director, working with the CEO, CFO, major investors, and legal counsel through more than $3.5MM of investment raised.
• Model and project financials and cohort/LTV analysis using Excel and SQL.
• Leverage data, agile development methodologies, A/B testing, and feature flighting, to optimize execution of business goals.
• Design and implement high availability, “Serverless” microservices architecture for our e-commerce platform on AWS and Azure (Docker, Azure Functions, Lambda, SQL)
• Design and implement security and privacy processes, resulting in 0 compromises of customer or company data for the entire 5-year lifetime of the organization.
• Lead patent and intellectual property strategy, development, and execution.
